• Design content — the images, photographs, and files you upload as Input, and the Output generated from them.
• Billing information such as your credit purchases and transaction history. Payments are processed by our payment gateway; we do not store your full card or bank-account numbers.
• Device and usage information such as browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, and how you interact with the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, secure, and maintain the Service and your account.
• Process the Input you upload and deliver your Output.
• Process payments, manage your credit balance, and prevent fraud.
• Provide support, respond to enquiries, and communicate service and policy changes.
• Improve and develop features, and measure performance.

Uploaded Designs & Image Processing

The images you upload are stored in secure cloud storage and processed by automated and AI-assisted image-processing providers acting on our behalf, solely to generate your Output.

We do not sell your designs or use your Input to train third-party models for unrelated purposes. Your Input and Output are retained so you can access your history and are deleted or anonymised in line with our retention practices or on your request.

Payment Processing

Payments for credits are handled by third-party payment gateways. When you pay, your card or bank details are collected and processed directly by the gateway under its own security standards. We receive only the transaction result and limited metadata (such as amount, status, and a reference), not your full payment credentials.

Third-Party Processors

We share information with a limited set of processors strictly to run the Service, under contractual data-protection obligations. These include:

• Cloud infrastructure and storage providers that host the Service and store your files.
• AI and image-processing providers that transform your Input into Output.
• Payment gateways that process your transactions.
• Analytics and communication tools used to operate and improve the Service.

Some processors may store or process data outside India under applicable data-transfer safeguards. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session security, and to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. Strictly necessary cookies (such as those enabling login and session security) remain active at all times; non-essential analytics are used in accordance with applicable law and your choices.
